There is something pretty incredible about looking around a room and seeing so many people willing to invest their time in the next generation of entrepreneurs!
Today was our first official Mentor Day for the Class of 2027, and our students were paired with the community mentors who will walk alongside them throughout the remainder of their CEO experience.
We love seeing our meeting space, hallways, and tables filled with conversations between students and adults from our community who genuinely care about their growth and success. These relationships are such an important part of the CEO program. Our mentors bring years of experience, different perspectives, and a willingness to share both their successes and the lessons they’ve learned along the way.
For our students, having someone outside their normal circle who will listen, challenge their thinking, ask good questions, and encourage them as they build their businesses is an incredible opportunity.
We’re grateful for every mentor who has stepped up to invest in this class. The time you’re giving and the relationships you’re building have the potential to make an impact well beyond this year.
