Today the class toured Scotties Fun Spot with Jeff and Avery. We kicked things off with laser tag and then shifted into a great conversation about what it takes to operate and grow a business of this scale.

Jeff and Avery walked the class through the realities of financing a major expansion and shared the story of how the business evolved from a skating rink into what is now Scotties Fun Spot. The class learned about the planning, risk, and long-term vision required to successfully pivot and grow over time.

We also learned that Scotties is a family-owned business that has been part of our community for 90 years, which is an incredible accomplishment and a testament to adaptability, leadership, and commitment across generations.

It was a fun and insightful look at how innovation and legacy work together to keep a business thriving.
