One of the most fun and impactful days on our calendar is Mentor Day, which happens on the first Wednesday of each month.
Today we had 15 mentors and several ambassadors in the room, partnering with students, sharing their experience, and investing in their growth. Together, they worked through ideas for our upcoming class business, explored their individual business concepts, and continued building strong professional networks that will carry them far beyond this program.
Mentorship is more than advice. It is connection, accountability, and belief. It is one of the foundational pieces of building an entrepreneurial life.
We are thankful for every mentor and ambassador who shows up each month to guide, challenge, and encourage the next generation of leaders in Adams County.
