One of the incredible things about the CEO program is that our students aren’t just connected to entrepreneurs in Adams County. They’re connected to entrepreneurs and CEO classrooms across the country!

Each month, CEO classes from across the nation come together virtually for Fearless Founders, a live interview with an entrepreneur who shares their journey, experiences, challenges, and lessons learned while building a business. Students also have the opportunity to engage directly through a live Q&A.

Today, the Class of 2027 heard from Ellen Didier, founder of Red Sage Communications, North Alabama’s largest advertising agency. Ellen’s entrepreneurial journey gave our students an opportunity to hear from someone who has built and grown a successful business in the competitive world of advertising and communications.

Experiences like Fearless Founders help our students recognize that entrepreneurship isn’t limited by geography or industry. The challenges of building a business, developing relationships, making decisions, and finding opportunities are shared by entrepreneurs everywhere.

We are grateful for opportunities like this that broaden our students’ perspectives, introduce them to successful entrepreneurs from across the country, and remind them just how far their own ideas can take them!
