There is something special about seeing CEO alumni come back to class and share what they have built since their time in the program!
Today, CEO alumni Gabe Boll joined the Class of 2027 to share his experience with CEO, the success of his class business, Frosty Flics, and how he has continued to grow his initial business, Pure Pressure, both during and after the program. He also introduced the class to his newest venture, G Boll Properties.
Gabe gave the class a behind-the-scenes look at how Frosty Flics came to be, the planning and execution that made it successful, and the lessons he learned along the way. He also talked about the realities of growing his own businesses, hiring and managing staff as a young professional, and how to start and grow a business without taking on significant debt. Access to capital can be a challenge for young entrepreneurs, and hearing how Gabe has navigated that process gave the class some practical insight into what it takes to get started.
He also emphasized the importance of building relationships and taking advantage of every opportunity the CEO program has to offer.
With the Class of 2027 preparing to begin strategic planning for their own class business next week, hearing directly from someone who has been through the process and continues to build on that experience was incredibly valuable. The class asked great questions and gained a lot of insight into what lies ahead.
