Today we welcomed guest speaker Don O’Brien from the Better Business Bureau. Don shared valuable insights with the Class of 2027 about business ratings, reviews, scams, and the importance of checking a business’s reputation before making decisions.

Students also learned how businesses can avoid complaints by providing quality products, delivering excellent customer service, and communicating clearly and promptly when concerns arise. Don’s presentation gave the class a practical look at how trust and reputation can directly impact a business’s success.

As we continue developing the Name Badge Business, these lessons are helping students think more intentionally about the customer experience and the kind of reputation they want to build.
