It’s the first day of class and the Adams County CEO Class of 2027 wrote letters to their future selves.

They wrote about where they are right now, their first thoughts on CEO, how they hope to grow, the accomplishments they are already proud of, the goals they still want to chase, their plans for the future, and even some of the biggest concerns they are carrying with them today.

Then we sealed them up.

At some point in the future, those letters will find their way back to them. By then, some of their plans will have changed. Some of the things that feel huge today may not feel quite so big anymore. They’ll have accomplished things they can’t even imagine yet. And hopefully, they’ll be able to look back at the person who wrote that letter and see just how much they’ve grown.

Because we know they will.

Twenty students are starting this journey together, and we cannot wait to see who they become, what they build, and where this year takes them.

Welcome, Adams County CEO Class of 2027. Let’s get to work.
