After a long spring break, we are back in class and right back to work with Mentor Day.

At this point in the year, ideas are not the challenge. Execution is.

That is where mentorship matters.

Mentors do not just give answers. They ask better questions. They challenge assumptions. They help students see what they are missing and what is possible if they tighten things up and keep moving.

As we build toward the Trade Show on April 26, the margin between a good idea and a real business comes down to the details. Conversations like today are where those details get sharpened.

This is one of the most valuable parts of the CEO program. Students are not building alone. They are surrounded by people who have done it, are doing it, and are willing to invest in the next generation.

Momentum is building.
