Yesterday the class toured Kunes Honda with GM Jeff Conn and got an inside look at how a modern car dealership operates.

The class learned about everything from sales and sourcing inventory to the shifting used car market following Covid. It was eye opening to hear how dealerships adapt to supply changes, customer demand, and pricing trends in such a fast moving industry.

Students also had the opportunity to see the newly expanded service department and hear how service operations play a major role in the long term success of a dealership.

Jeff also shared the broader vision behind Kunes and how the company centers its work around faith, family, and giving back. That vision drives how they operate, serve customers, and invest in the communities where they do business.

It was a great look at how values and strategy can work together to build a successful organization.
