We love when our students come back.

Today the class welcomed Ashley Walbring, a 2025 CEO graduate, back to share about Clean Slate Cleaning Services, her individual business that has already scaled to serve more than 20 clients.

Ashley talked about her decision to expand from residential cleaning into commercial work and how honesty, trust, and integrity guide every decision she makes in the business. She also gave the class a real look at what it takes to move a small business to the next level, including the process of legitimizing a new company, being willing to take feedback, and learning when to say no.

She even had the class participate in some cleaning trivia, putting their cleaning knowledge to the test and making the morning both fun and interactive.

Perhaps the most impressive part is that Ashley is doing all of this while holding other jobs and succeeding as a college student.

Seeing former students build something real and come back to share their experiences is one of the most powerful parts of the CEO program.
