Today was Mentor Day, and the class spent time refining their business plans for Banker Day while also sharpening their 30 second pitches for upcoming local, regional, and national pitch competitions.

It will also be incredible to compare the videos of these pitches with the introduction videos the students recorded on the first day of class. The growth in confidence, clarity, and communication is already clear.

Days like this highlight the true value of mentorship. Our mentors do more than offer advice. They bring experience, ask difficult questions, challenge assumptions, and help students see opportunities and risks they may not yet recognize. They provide the perspective that only comes from years of building businesses, solving problems, and navigating uncertainty.

That kind of wisdom shortens the learning curve and helps transform ideas into businesses that can truly succeed. We are incredibly grateful for mentors who choose to invest their time and experience in the next generation of entrepreneurs.
