Today is Mentor Day, and the timing could not be better.

Students are working through their individual business plans and refining their presentations for the 1 to 100 Challenge, which wraps up Friday with presentations on Monday. These are moments where clarity, perspective, and experience matter.

Mentorship plays a critical role here. Mentors help students think deeper, ask better questions, and see blind spots they may not recognize on their own. They challenge assumptions, sharpen ideas, and help turn effort into intentional action.

This is where confidence is built and where learning accelerates. When experience meets ambition, growth follows.

We are grateful for the mentors who continue to invest their time and wisdom into helping these students think bigger, plan smarter, and lead better.
