One of the most important parts of being an entrepreneur is the ability to rethink what we believe we already know.

Today the class continued working through Things You Wish You Knew Yesterday by Craig Lindvahl, founder of CEO, while also digging into the Stick Figure to learn how subconscious thought affects results and how to change that process if necessary. The focus was on understanding how we think, why we think the way we do, and how those thought patterns shape decisions, outcomes, and growth.

While the class business is now complete, the learning is not. Students are taking what they experienced through that process and reimagining it on an individual level. The lessons in planning, communication, problem solving, and execution are now being applied to their own ideas and future ventures.

We cannot learn if we believe we already know everything. Growth begins with humility, awareness, and the willingness to challenge assumptions.

This is where entrepreneurship becomes personal and where real transformation starts.
