“Mentorship is the transference of wisdom. You can either figure it out on your own and stumble, or you can learn from someone who has already lived the lessons you’re trying to understand.”
Michelle Howard, first female four star admiral in U.S. Navy history

Today our class met with their mentors to work through SWOT analysis, leaning into experience, perspective, and honest conversation. This is what mentorship looks like in action. Learning from those who have already walked the path and are willing to help others avoid unnecessary missteps.

These moments matter. They shape how students think, decide, and lead as they continue building their businesses and themselves.

We are grateful for mentors who show up, share wisdom, and invest in the next generation.
