Today the class heard from Todd Moore, Managing Partner at Architechnics, a firm that has been shaping communities through engineering, architecture, and design for more than 100 years.

Todd shared his own journey to becoming Managing Partner and gave the class insight into what it takes to help lead and grow a multi-generational firm in a constantly evolving industry. He spoke about the importance of communication, presentation, and attention to detail, even down to spelling mistakes, and how those details directly impact credibility, growth, and the ability to enter new markets.

The class walked away with a clear understanding that longevity in business is built through consistency, professionalism, and doing the small things well over time.
