Today the class reflected on A CEO Holiday by completing an after action report on their class business. Students worked through what went well, what could be improved, and what they learned from bringing an idea to life in a real-world setting.
Several students shared a powerful takeaway. There is nothing that prepares you for running a business quite like actually running a business.
Members of the Adams County CEO Board also joined the class for part of the reflection, asking thoughtful questions and helping students process the experience from a broader business perspective.
This kind of feedback and reflection is where real growth happens, and it will shape how this class approaches every opportunity moving forward.
