✨ Saturday Spotlight! ✨
It’s time to meet another amazing member of the Adams County CEO Class of 2026! 🌟

Hi! My name is Libby Neisen, and I am a senior at Payson Seymour High School. I am a part of the softball and volleyball teams. I am also a part of the Pep and Letterman Club, the Spanish Club, the Student PBIS team, the NHS, and my class officer team. Some things that I like to do in my free time are baking, hanging out with friends, and playing pickleball. After high school, I plan to become a nurse anesthetist. I joined CEO to learn how to start a business and to grow my network.
