Today the 2026 CEO class toured Quincy Farm Products with Jerrod Evans, who shared his incredible journey from Quincy Recycle to launching Quincy Farm Products.

Jerrod’s story is one of recognizing opportunity, taking calculated risks, and building something that fills a real need in the marketplace. He walked the class through how the company turns what could be waste into valuable products that serve customers across multiple industries.

He spoke about the power of problem solving, listening to customers, identifying needs, and creating practical solutions that benefit both the client and the environment. Just as importantly, he emphasized that success doesn’t happen alone. Having the right team, built on trust, accountability, and shared values, is what keeps a business strong through every challenge.

Students left with a deeper understanding of what it means to lead with purpose, think creatively, and surround yourself with people who make you better.

Quincy Farm Products stands as an example of what entrepreneurship looks like when innovation, integrity, and teamwork come together.
